Team Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Team Assistant to join this boutique finance firm on a permanent basis. Your role will be to support a team of 5 people in the following:

  • Responsible for managing diaries, organising internal/external meetings, booking hotels, travel, restaurants
  • Effectively provide professional administration support to the team
  • Maintain and develop as appropriate efficient office and administration systems and processes and ensure the smooth and effective running of the office at all times
  • Meeting and greeting clients for office based meetings

As you will be meeting and greeting clients on a regular basis it is important that candidates are well presented and confident in dealing with many different types of people.

This is a really fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience of working as a team assistant, junior PA or administrator to take the next step in your career.

Further to your role as Team Assistant, you will be given the opportunity to assist the team in research and business development activities – therefore an interest in finance, investment and specifically within the property space would be hugely advantageous.
